Return Policy

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept any returns for any reason, as they pose a biosecurity risk to our feed mill and nearby layer barn. If you have a problem with your feed and would like to discuss a refund or discount, you may bring a sample of the affected feed in a quart sized Ziploc bag to the feed mill for review.

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 7 business days of the sale. Refunds and discounts are considered on a case-by-case basis and are at the sole discretion of Lakeland Feeds Inc. We are committed to working with you to address any concerns you may have.

Shipping Policy

At this time it is the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements for pick up on all orders placed via the website. Transport and logistics for bulk and wholesale orders are handled on a case-by-case basis and will be coordinated directly with our production team. We will work with you to ensure you’re aware of all delivery options available. Please contact us for more details on shipping arrangements for large orders.
